Dr Makgongoana Henry Monyela is the WSG’s Quality assurance and Course design manager. Makgongoana received all his qualifications from Wits University, graduating with a PhD in 2017. He focussed on geographic distribution, socio-demographic profile, and prevalence of school dropout among South African youth, determining the extent, distribution, and profile of youth not in employment, education, or training (NEETs). He holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum Development and B. Ed (Hons) in Adult Education. He has extensive work experience in private, public and higher education sectors.
