NHI faces another legal challenge

The National Health Insurance Act is facing yet another legal challenge. The Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) is asking the Constitutional Court to declare the act unlawful and invalid. The BHF contends Parliament failed to conduct a proper public consultation process. Adjunct Professor Alex van den Heever comments on this legal challenge.
